Using personality and behavioural diagnostics, Avenir offers valuable input to a talent mapping exercise.
The process is conducted in collaboration with selected managers from a client organization and is the first step in a comprehensive assessment process to identify employees with the greatest potential for success in the context of, for instance, a bold change initiative.
On completion of the mapping exercise, Avenir prepares a ‘talent profile’ for each individual, which includes observations and recommendations. The client is then in a strong position to evaluate the existing talent pool to determine the organization’s potential for success in relation to its corporate strategy.
By mapping the next level down in the organization, management gains crucial insight into the talent pipeline, allowing it to accurately estimate the organization’s future needs for talent in respect of succession-planning and business development.
